When we tell stories there’s a beginning, a middle and an end.
In writing sentences, we begin at the left side of the paper and gradually reach the right side.
When we make a cake, we assemble the ingredients, mix and stir, then bake . . . soon after our cake exists.

Humanity has a very clear emphasis on order.
We remember things that happened in the past . . . we know what we’re doing right now . . . we imagine what has yet to take place.
Each moment of being serves as linkage in the chain of our lives . . . connected to the past while providing the threads of the fabric of our future days.
Thanksgiving Day is approaching.
Do today that which will bring forth the results for which you’ll be profoundly thankful on Thursday.
